Typical Saturday morning, woke up, worked out, skyped with the family, ate lunch, tooke a nap.
This afternoon we had coffee at Raquels parents house with Raquels mom and Raquels close friend, Karenina, who is a pediatrician and Kareninas daughter. The house is beautiful with a big backyard and pool. The food was delicious. I ate a roll made from yuca filled with cheese (I am often surprised to find cheese in the middle of bread here unexpectedly). Then we had tamales (also cheese filled) and last a lemon pie that had the sweetest crust. It was a delightful afternoon and I didn't need dinner after. Plus, I learned that when I take call Tuesday night Karenina will be in the ER working.
