Day 11
This is the clinic (conseltera) where I spent my first week and pretty much the patients were the same as in the US, except for the need for Chagas checks and discussions. It is interesting, the back is open and the nurses walk up and down the halway giving the charts to the doctors in the different rooms as patients check in and then the doctors stick their heads out the doors (not shown) and call in their patients. There is nothing very private about the visits, but they are very efficient at moving patients through and the doctor doesn't have to move rooms.
